Hello friends? How are you today? I hope you will be okay. Who have not an idol in this word? I believe every body have an idol. Who your idol? I want to tell you about my idol. He is an actor from Indonesia. His name is Esa Sigit.

His full name is Esa Septian Pramudha Sigit. His nickname is Esa. He was born on September, 4th 1994. Now, he is 15 years ago. He is from Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia. He is handsome. Esa hair color is black and short. He has brown eyes.

Now, he study at SMPN 172 , Jl. Raya Stasiun Cakung Pulo Gebang, East Jakarta. He is 9 grade. According to his friends, he is a nice boy, diligent and smart. He can divide his time. Esa live at Rawamangun, East Jakarta.
He is tall. He has sharp nose. His skin is bright. There are many girl love him, including me. I very like him. I always see his film. His film is Basahh, My Heart, Janda Kembang and so on. He also play at the advertisements and cinemas.

Hy friends! How are you today? I hope you okay. In our daily life, we often or always face manyproblems. These problems sometimes make us get stress and we can’t live happily. What this we want to in our life? Of course, there are no body who wants to get such a trouble. We all want to get happiness in our personal and professional life.

Finding balance in your personal and professional life can help us enjoy the feeling of peace within and true happiness. This is a huge challange todayfor most people. Our lives seem busier than ever with the feeling of a “fast-paced get stuff down” type of kife style. Although everything around us can conribute to the very severity of your stress levels, stress is trully self-inflicted.

Here are three ways on how to shift our energy and for making happiness and enjoy ournormal style:
1. You should be aware and recognize the stressful situation by noticing whereit’s showing up inyour body. Do you have tension or aches and pains in your shoulders, neck, chest, or stomach? Pay attention to what our body is telling us.
2. You must be accept the situation. What it’s? Yes, life can be very challenging at times. Now ask ourselves: “Dowe really want to continue feeling this way? If we keep feeling this way, will this make situation better?How can we help ourselves? “
3. Are we familiar with the Laws of Attraction? Maybe we have heard the expressions, “What you think about, you bring about” or “The more attention you give tosomething, the more attention it wil give to you.” Be chooser of our thoughts! Feel the power within.

Think about it … Does it seem that people or situations around us have changed or is it we who have really changed? So, who has the power to feel their own joy and happiness? We do … be the chooser.
